HOW ARE THE MASKS CREATED?

MaskYourMug uses the most current sublimation technology available, creating realistic faces/masks which are unparalleled by our competitors. We use only the highest quality fabric comprised of a poly blend that is both breathable and comfortable, even during long term wear. And, the design and color are permanently imprinted into the fabric, giving each piece a shelf life that is unrivaled by other products on the market.

 

CAN YOU SEE THROUGH THE MASKS?

Our premium fabric consists of poly/rayon/spandex, making it very comfortable.  While visibility is limited, you can in fact see through the fabric.

 

HOW DOES SIZING WORK?

Our masks can stretch to accommodate heads of all shapes and sizes; one size fits all!

 

UPLOADING FILES FOR CUSTOM MASKS?

To ensure the highest quality printing and to achieve optimal photorealism, please upload images that are a minimum of 1MB.

 

SHIPPING

Each item is made-to-order out of our Southern California office and shipped via USPS Priority mail. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can easily track your goods online. Most orders are received within 3 - 5 business days.

MaskYourMug also offers international shipping. Delivery times may vary. Please note that all international orders may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes. These duties will not be reflected in your cart and are applied at the time of arrival to the customs office that receives your package. These charges are not applied or received by MaskYourMug.

 

RETURN POLICY

Exchanges and returns (for a full refund) can be made within 14 days. To exchange or return your item(s), simply send the item(s), along with your order number to:
